A serial entrepreneur and innovator. Robert founded Lodesoft Corp and UUZone Interactive Inc. in China: the former was the leading Voice Over IP solution at the time, and the latter one of the first social networking services in China. Working abroad, he joined Microsoft Europe’s Global Product Development unit and Microsoft Research’s Future Social Experiences (FUSE) labs, a research center focusing on social computing and machine learning. In 2017, Robert founded ArcBlock, a platform for building and deploying decentralized blockchain applications. to lay the foundation for blockchain 3.0 era.

Flavien Charlon, Chief Scientist
A serial entrepreneur and blockchain expert. Charlon earned a master’s degree from The École centrale de Lyon (ECL), one of the best and oldest graduate schools in France. He is a two-time winner of the Imagine Cup, an annual competition that brings together student developers from around the globe to help resolve some of the world’s toughest programming challenges. Charlon won first place in 2006 and third place in 2007. He joined Microsoft Europe’s Global Product Development team in 2007 and went on to become the core developer of Bing and Windows Azure. Flavien has birthed numerous blockchain-related innovations and open source projects since 2013, including Colored Coin, the Open Assets Protocol, and Openchain. Charlon has spoken at several blockchain and fintech conferences and appeared widely in the news media.

Jean Chen, VP of PR
A senior media professional focusing on startups, tech, and business, having 17 years of media experience. Jean was the deputy VP of Cyzone, Entrepreneur of China. He was also one of the earliest bloggers in China.

Tyr Chen, VP of Engineering
A senior technology expert on network security, cloud computing, distributed system, and blockchain. Tyr has been leading the engineering team to support business grow rapidly in Juniper Networks as Tech Leade and in Tubi TV as VP of Engineering. Tyr founded an online tourism start-up invested by Sinovation Ventures and GSR Ventures during 2011 – 2013. He is also a prolific writer on software engineering via WeChat official account (programmer_life) and Zhihu.com to gain a huge audience from the technical circle.
